  never buy a vaping device from every cloud if it goes wrong or developes a fault you want get a replacement or a refund the staff member was less than helpfull and just didnt want to know tried to blame a product fault on the consumer use i wont be recommending or purchasing my vaping products from ebrycloud again sadly disappointed

  Not happy at all. I brought back my vape that i bought from them 2 days ago due to the button sticking on it, therefore it is faulty. Originally they wouldnt help me at all as i didnt have the receipt or packaging, obviously i dont carry all of this stuff around with me. Reluctantly he let me borrow a dead battery from behind the counter that i had to go away and charge. I return the next day with my original packaging and receipt for my replacement vape. The best they could do was give me a an old display battery that was yet again dead. If a customer purchases something from you and it is faulty you replace the item with a fresh one. Simple as that. I wont be going back to this store.
